At Nutrify-Plus, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to feel confident in your wellness journey, which is why we offer a straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or tampered with for health and safety reasons.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
